4. Payments & Refunds
Fees are due as stated at checkout or in your written agreement. Any guarantee or refund applies only under the specific written terms provided to you at enrollment, and requires that you complete all required program actions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos and trademarks on this site belong to 7Figure Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or distribute them without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, share login access, harass staff or other members, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. We may terminate access for violations without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7Figure Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Disputes & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the company is organized. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration on an individual basis.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
